WARRANTY AND SERVICE

We take pride in our craft and we do our best to ensure that every piece of jewellery is free of defects before it leaves our workshop. We address any such rare issues in a timely manner and at no cost to our clients. Regular wear and tear, impact damage, and lost stones are excluded from warranty. All jewellery purchased from White Deev receive lifetime complimentary inspection and cleaning by appointment. We will repair and restore any of our jewellery for a small fee.

Whether you are looking for a ready to wear piece or want to commission a piece of jewellery, we will gladly listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and will try our best to provide you with valuable service. On rare occasions, we may be unable to provide you with the service that you want, at which point we will refer you to one of our select affiliates who we believe can offer you an appropriate solution.
