CUSTOM ORDER
COMMISSIONING PROCESS
Every custom commission is unique and therefore requires an individual approach. In our experience, it is best to reach out to us early in your envisioning process. Initial consultations are always complementary. We will listen to your ideas and we will give you feedback towards realizing your vision.

If you choose to continue with the process, you will be asked to pay a preliminary design fee. This fee helps cover some of the costs associated with the design and planning of your custom peace. This process is critical because it allows us to provide you with a fair estimate of both cost as well as timeline. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice.

Once the scope is determined, we will present you with a purchase agreement and an invoice. We ask you to provide a 50% deposit to begin the fabrication process. Fabrication time varies between pieces but a typical timeline for a commision is around three weeks from the initial consultation.

Once finished, we will send you photographs of your new piece of jewellery as confirmation. We will ask you to pay the balance on your invoice. Your order will be ready for immediate pickup at our location, or it will be shipped as per the purchase agreement.
